Heart of the Horse provides horseback riding lessons to learners of all ages and backgrounds. Assisting with lessons requires attentiveness and patience in order to offer a rewarding experience to our clients. Those with prior horse riding knowledge and experience are highly encouraged to volunteer!

Shift work consists of feeding, watering, cleaning stalls, and grooming. All shift work must be done in a timely manner to ensure every horse is well taken care of. Volunteering for shift work requires high attention to detail and responsibility.
